About
As a mother and dietitian, I believe that balance in one’s life is key to maintaining good overall health. It's not about perfection - it's about progress. By adopting the Nutrigirl Method, you can create a sustainable, enjoyable relationship with food that will support your long-term health and happiness.
My Story
I'm a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Holistic Health Coach who founded Nutrigirl® in 2009. Nutrigirl® started as a running and cooking club and has now transformed into a nutrition therapy and counseling practice.

I focus on the interconnectedness of all aspects of one's life, starting with food, mind, and body. I offer intensive nutritional counseling to help you explore new ways of thinking, choose foods based on new criteria, handle stress, and take responsibility for your lifestyle choices.
I hold a Master of Arts in Food Systems from New York University and completed a dietetic internship at NYU Langone Medical Center. Prior to becoming an RD, I attained a BS degree in Psychology and Business from Washington University in St. Louis.
